THE ABOVE-NAMED PERSON'S admission as an affiliate entitles him/her to be recognized as an affiliate or fellow within the network of NEXXUS, INC., effective only during the period of validity of his/her affiliation, thus entitling him/her to the rights and privileges arising therefrom and subjecting him/her to the obligations appurtenant to such affiliation. This is pursuant to the affiliate's right to freedom of association in which setup NEXXUS, INC. operates as the entity that accepts applicants and maintains them in an official roll of affiliates.
