The Website is intended to provide general information and resources related to law and jurisprudence in the Philippines, including the programs and other services of the Website such as but not limited to trainings, certification programs, seminars, review lectures and many more. Your use of the Website is subject to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software (the "Content"), is the property of NEXXUS, INC. or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.   

Users are expressly prohibited from copying, reproducing, downloading, uploading, distributing, modifying, publishing, transmitting, or otherwise using any of the Content, in whole or in part, for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the prior written permission of NEXXUS, INC. Otherwise, NEXXUS, INC. and its content providers shall be entitled to all forms of damages with liquidated damage stipulated at 500,000 pesos.

Your use of such third-party services and websites is governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policies of those respective third parties. NEXXUS, INC. is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or security of such external sites or resources.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NEXXUS, INC. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of or inability to use the Website or its Content, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if NEXXUS, INC. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The liability of NEXXUS, INC. is limited solely to actual damages incurred by the user as may be proved by official receipts only and no other secondary evidence. The user hereby waives any claim for moral, exemplary, nominal, and other forms of damages against NEXXUS, INC..

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NEXXUS, INC., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website.   

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be filed solely and exclusively in the proper court or courts of Cauayan City, Isabela, Region 2, Philippines, to the exclusion of all other courts, venues, or jurisdictions. You hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

NEXXUS, INC. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NEXXUS, INC. with respect to your use of the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and NEXXUS, INC..   

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
