Here are some frequently asked questions (FAQs) regarding the programs offered by Nexxus Professional Review and Certification, Inc. (NEXXUS, INC.).

  1. ENROLLMENT PROCESS: Your enrollment is processed online via the official Google Forms enrollment link. Please prepare one (1) valid ID and proof of payment.

  2. ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS: Enrollees must be college students or college graduates with any degree or under any major/specialization. During the training period, you will be required to provide proof of being a college student or college graduate.

  3. ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION: After your enrollment, you are required to message NEXXUS, INC. via Facebook Messenger (www.m.me/nexxus.com.ph) to get a confirmation of your enrollment. Further verification of your payment may be required by our audit team.

    After enrollment confirmation, our team will send you the link to the official chat group of your batch. In said group, you will receive further notices regarding the program enrolled in.

    For the CJA Program, enrollment confirmation is done via the PJP Facebook account.

  4. ENROLLMENT PERIOD: The enrollment period is from the first of the month to the end of the month (e.g. May 01 to May 31). The early bird period is from the first of the month to the fifteenth of the month (e.g. May 01 to May 15).

  5. EARLY BIRD RATE: During the early bird period, you are allowed to enroll under the early bird rate which is lower than the regular rate.

  6. SCHEDULE: Please visit our Facebook page or send us a message via Facebook Messenger in order to get the latest schedule for this program. Schedule is subject to the availability of program commissioners and/or lecturers; thus, there is no guarantee that the program will be offered month to month.

    The Certified Education Specialist (CEdS) Program is a program by NEXXUS, INC. for any college student or college graduate of any specialization or with any degree/major. It designed for (a) teachers, (b) future teachers, (c) undergraduate students in any education or teaching-related college/university program, and (d) any person interested in the field of teaching, education or pedagogical studies. To become a CEdS of NEXXUS, INC., you must undergo online training and pass one (1) final examination. The passing grade is 75.00%.

    The Certified Board Secretary (CBSec) Program is a program by NEXXUS, INC. for any college student or college graduate of any specialization or with any degree/major. It is designed for (a) board secretaries, (b) future board secretaries, (c) undergraduate students in any corporation or management-related college/university program, and (d) any person interested in the field of corporate management or corporate board-related functions. To become a CBSec of NEXXUS, INC., you must undergo online training and pass one (1) final examination. The passing grade is 75.00%.

    The Certified Jurisprudence Analyst (CJA) Program is a program by NEXXUS, INC. through its program and marketing arm, Project Jurisprudence - Philippines (PJP), for any college student or college graduate of any specialization or with any degree/major. It is designed for (a) law students, (b) future law students, (c) undergraduate students in any law-related college/university program, and (d) any person interested in the field of jurisprudence analysis. To become a CJA of PJP and NEXXUS, INC., you must undergo online training and pass one (1) final examination. The passing grade is 75.00%.

  8. RATES/PRICES: NEXXUS, INC. programs are offered at the following rates:

    ✔️REGULAR RATE    : Php3,900.00 per enrollment;
    ✔️EARLY BIRD RATE: Php2,900.00 per enrollment;
    ✔️RE-ENROLEE RATE: Php2,900.00 per enrollment even beyond the early bird period; and
    ✔️PARTIAL PAYMENT RATE: Php4,000.00 per enrollment, 50% of which must be paid upon enrollment and balance payable before the final exam day. Failure to pay the down payment rate will convert the certification program into an ordinary seminar.

  9. RENEWAL: Affiliation with NEXXUS, INC. is valid only for two (2) years from issuance of the certificate of affiliation and/or the affiliation identification (ID) card. Beyond this period, renewal is subject to the option of the affiliate; retraining and payment of renewal fee at Php1,500.00 are required.

  10. ONLINE NATURE: NEXXUS, INC. programs are conducted purely online. Lectures are conducted via Google Meet and lecture recordings are available for those who fail to attend live. Examinations are done via our online learning management system (LMS).

  11. BIR/TIN DETAILS: NEXXUS, INC. is registered with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) under NON-VAT Registration Tax Identification No. 667-636-896-00000.

  12. PAYMENT CONCERNS: For payment concerns, please be guided by the instructions provided in the online enrollment for. For more questions, please message us via Facebook Messenger (www.m.me/nexxus.com.ph).

  13. EXAM POLICIES: NEXXUS, INC. strictly implements no-exam-retake policy. Thus, the only remedy to retake the final examination is to re-enroll. There is no on-cam or off-cam policy during examinations.

  14. MASTERCLASS PROGRAM/S: Currently, the only masterclass program offered by NEXXUS, INC. is the Masterclass in Quality Education (MQEd) Program which is related to the Certified Education Specialist (CEdS) Program. There is no masterclass progression under the CBSec Program.

  15. BENEFITS OF AFFILIATION: Affiliates (passers) are entitled to be recognized as affiliates in the network of NEXXUS, INC. professionals. They are also entitled to free and/or discounted seminars, trainings and other learning or educational activities during the validity of their affiliation with NEXXUS, INC.

  16. NO ANNUAL DUES: Affiliates (passers) shall not pay any annual dues during the two-year period of their affiliation's validity.

  17. ACCREDITATION: Pursuant to NEXXUS, INC.’s corporate powers to train and admit affiliates, as approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under Company Registration No. 2024100171191-03, it operates as the legal entity that trains applicants and maintains an official roll of affiliates. NEXXUS, INC.'s programs do not interfere with the practice of any regulated profession; thus, it does not require any license or authority from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) or any government agency.

  18. POST-NOMINAL AFFILIATION TITLE: NEXXUS, INC. admits passers into its roll of affiliates and recognizes them as "CJA," "CBSec," or "CEdS," as the case may be. NEXXUS, INC. authorizes its affiliates to use these as post-nominal affiliation titles in order to signal their affiliation with us in the same way that fellows of the Society of Actuaries use the post-nominal title "FSA." This is pursuant to the right to freedom of association.

  19. USE OF CERTIFICATE/ID: Affiliates are allowed to use their NEXXUS, INC. certificates and/or affiliation identification (ID) cards in their resumes or curriculum vitae as symbols of training and development. Using their affiliation ID card, they may also avail of discounts and other perks from NEXXUS, INC.'s partner institutes.

  20. REQUEST A CERTIFICATE/ID: To request a certificate or ID, please request the link to the request form from the chat admins in the official chat group of your batch.

  21. FILE A COMPLAINT: To file a complaint, to raise an escalation ticket or to communicate other main office concerns, please email us at admin@nexxus.com.ph.

  22. PROPOSE PARTNERSHIP: To propose a partnership with NEXXUS, INC, please please email us at admin@nexxus.com.ph.

  23. REFUND: NEXXUS, INC. strictly implements a no-refund policy. Thus, any erroneous or over-payment shall not be refunded. Nevertheless, they are automatically considered as deposit for future enrollments, registrations or requests.

  24. BANK DETAILS: NEXXUS, INC.'s corporate bank details are provided in the online enrollment form.

  25. PAYMENT METHODS: GCash, over-the-counter, bank wire transfer and other methods of payment are allowed. If the name "Nexxus Professional Review and Certification, Inc." is too long, please use "NEXXUS, INC." Please double check the account number before submitting your payment as NEXXUS, INC. is not liable for any payment made to a wrong or different account.

  26. JOB OPPORTUNITY: As always, acceptability in the labor market depends on many factors such as employment standards, personality requirements, and others. NEXXUS, INC. believes that our affiliates' success in their training sessions and their final examinations is a symbol of growth and development, which can be used as a competitive advantage.

  27. CPD UNITS: Under Section 3(h) of the Continuing Professional Development Act of 2016, "CPD credit unit refers to the value of an amount of learning that can be transferred to a qualification achieved from formal, informal or nonformal learning setting, where in credits can be accumulated to predetermined levels for the award of a qualification." Thus, formal, informal, and nonformal learning settings, whenever relevant, are allowed or legally entitled to CPD credit units. Despite the above, it is our internal policy not to comment on the proper computation or calculation of earned CPD units as we leave the same to the proper government authority.
